Dripping with Cuteness

It has been wonderful having Jon home. I think Cecilia especially loves having her daddy here all the time! She has been so darn cute the last few days. She has been drippin' with cuteness! Watching her learn and grow and want to help with everything has been just adorable.

Her newest "chore" has been to help feed the cat and dog. She gets so excited to help. She will run over to their bowls, sit down right in front of them and wait for either Jon or I to hand her the cup of food and then poor it into the bowl. Then she gets up and closes the gate and says in her own Cecilia Language "OK", to tell the dog that she can eat. Seriously cute!


We got some yummy berries in the mail from some friends. Cecilia thought she would drip some cuteness in the box and try to get in it. Watching her climb over and on it was adorable. She was talking to herself the entire time too.

She has a new proud knowledge of shoes and socks. She knows that they go on our feet, and her feet, and she likes to help you put your socks on in the morning. She also loves to try on Daddy's boots. Also if she finds your shoes on the floor, she will bring them over to you and put them on your feet. CUTE!
The other day we were reorganizing the storage bedroom in our basement. Cecilia found her infant car seat and decided to see if it still fit. She wiggled into it and then showed us how big she is. DRIPPING with CUTENESS!


One of the sweetest and cutest things that she has been doing is snuggling at random times (I think part of this has to do with those darn teeth coming in). We just love it though. She will climb up on us, give a big hug and sometimes a kiss, and snuggle in with you. Dripping cuteness all over us!


She loves her kitty too! He is so good with her, it really is lucky. I caught Cecilia snuggling Bogart under the tree one afternoon, dripping her cuteness all over him. She is also working on her sounds, as in "what does the kitty say?". She calls the kitty "ickty" (or something like that), but when we ask her what does the kitty say?, she says "ickty" in a really high pitched voice- CUTE!
THIS is the cutest! She has been perfecting her dance moves. She has started bouncing up and down and side to side. She will move her arms one at a time up over her head and then back down and she will roll her hands in front of her. Spinning is a new favorite move. We were starting to watch "A Christmas Carole" movie, and Cecilia couldn't resist- she danced till she dropped :)
